Think of this retreat as a creative adventure through your inner world.
Over six magical days in Ireland,
we’ll explore the patterns of your life- woven from your desires, detours, and dreams- guided by myth, magic, and the wild beauty of the land.
Come as you are. Leave a little more you.
Land
There will be a moment when you feel yourself LAND, that drop in your nervous system that bespeaks safety, the weight of life lifting just a little bit. Landing in a new place, taking in its smells and tastes, the feel of mist and wind on your face, is the beginning of your journey here.
Something powerful happens when you step into a place that feels ancient and alive. Buried under the noise of everyday life is a quiet knowing. This retreat is your permission slip to press pause, breathe deep, and listen in.
Bonus: cliffs, ocean, sisterhood, and soul truths.
Explore
Always, the biggest part of a Heartventure is an exploration of your inner world while exploring the gorgeous environment of the outer world. This isn’t just a retreat—it’s a homecoming. Through stories, creative workshops (journaling, collaging, photography and play), meditations and somatic practices, you’ll reconnect with your voice, your joy, and the power of your own unfolding myth. Think deep soul work with a side of laughter and sea air.
We will do all of this while also taking the time to explore the City of Galway, walk the Cliffs of Moher, take walks along beaches close to our house, check out a castle or two, all while indulging in Ireland’s cuisine.
Folklore & Myths
Our sacred feminine myth lives in our bodies. It is the morphic field that shapes our unfolding story from its roots up and out. Over six days, while weaving in Ireland’s folklore we’ll explore how our personal myth maps onto the collective one to gives us a clearer picture of our inner heroine’s journey. Together, while we laugh, cry, write, create, walk, rest, dream, we will let them show us who we’re becoming.
This isn’t about fixing anything about you. It’s about hearing the part of you that already knows, and giving her space to speak.
Ireland will hold us while we remember what we love, what we long for, and what we’re here to do with this one wild, beautiful life.
“You have to experience it to understand what I cannot put into words. I arrived completely depleted and by the time I left, I felt full- my soul was happy and replenished, like it hasn’t been in so long.”
-Sherrie, Heartventure Participant, 2023 & 2024

“Coming home, I have a new sense of peace and calm. I feel like my heart and mind are more clear than before I left. I’m learning to give the same grace and understanding to people closest to me as I did to the women I travelled with. I’m listening more, asking questions, and learning rather than reacting. I also have great new friends!”
-Ashley, Heartventure Participant, 2024
“Within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing. Her stories form the personal myth that calls a woman home to herself.”
